You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee any result, win rate, return on investment, or profit. Past performance, including any published track record, is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that any use of the information is at your own risk and that you may lose money. 5. Accounts and conduct

If accounts are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. The Service, including its models, code, content, design, and the EdgeStat and bpleone marks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGESTAT AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, BETTING LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeStat and its owners and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution
