Responsible Gambling
You must be 21+
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and located where sports wagering is legal to use EdgeStat. We do not knowingly serve minors.
Signs it may be a problem
- Betting more than you can afford to lose, or borrowing money to bet.
- Chasing losses — increasing bets to win back what you lost.
- Lying about how much you bet, or hiding it from family.
- Betting interfering with work, sleep, relationships, or finances.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when trying to cut back.
If any of these sound familiar, reach out to the resources above — help is free and confidential.
Bet responsibly — practical guardrails
- Set a budget you can afford to lose, and treat it like the cost of entertainment.
- Set time and deposit limits with your sportsbook, and use their reality-check and cool-off tools.
- Never chase losses and never bet to solve a money problem.
- Don't bet under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when stressed or upset.
- Take breaks. Use self-exclusion if you need to step away.
Self-exclusion and tools
Most regulated sportsbooks and U.S. states offer self-exclusion programs that block your access for a set period. Contact your state's gaming regulator or sportsbook to enroll. EdgeStat does not accept wagers, so we cannot place bets or hold funds — but we fully support your decision to self-exclude and will honor any request to stop sending you communications.

A note on our numbers
EdgeStat publishes calibrated probabilities and an honest, settled track record — including losses. No model can guarantee a profit, and any edge is small, variable, and not a substitute for discipline and bankroll management. See our Disclaimer and model calibration.
